1990s
A period of initial, widespread deployment of natural gas as a vehicle fuel. This led Change Energy to develop solutions for high-pressure gaseous fuel supply and dispensing systems.
2000s
Dominated by early deployments of hydrogen and hydrogen technologies. Change Energy expanded its suite of hydrogen infrastructure and business case analysis tools.
2010s
The 2010s saw a resurgence of natural gas vehicle and “virtual pipeline” applications. Change Energy deepened its experience in station design, and built up its technoeconomic analytical capacity.
2020s
The future appears poised for a second wave of hydrogen – versatile and diverse in its many applications. As focus narrows on decarbonization, the Fuel Value Index of hydrogen grows.
